My stay at ITC Mughal, Agra was absolutely delightful. The hotel offered spacious and elegant rooms, and the staff made sure every detail of my visit was taken care of. The dining experience was a highlight with a fantastic variety of food, though I would have liked to see more fresh options daily. The facilities, especially the gym, were impressive. Overall, a very luxurious experience with a few areas for improvement.

I had an amazing stay at ITC Mughal in Agra! The hotel is well-maintained and exudes a luxurious vibe, perfect for travelers seeking comfort. The staff went above and beyond, especially Ms. Sukhpreet and Mr. Arun Sharma, who made our trip memorable. However, the rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a bit better ventilation. Overall, it's a fantastic place but has room for improvement in some areas.
